• The Wireless Pressure Transmitter adopts an integrated design with ultra-low power consumption, utilizing silicon piezoresistive with stainless steel isolation diaphragms as pressure measurement elements.
• The pressure signal is acquired via a high-precision AD converter, enabling zero-point and temperature performance compensation for pressure measurements across a wide temperature range.
• The device is equipped with a large capacity and long endurance lithium thionyl chloride battery pack that can be quickly replaced, suitable for outdoor or application scenarios without mains power supply, such as pressure monitoring for water pipelines, oil and gas pipelines, gas stations, pump stations, and fire services.
2. Function
• Transmission
The device performs pressure sampling according to the preset sampling interval. If the sampled value exceeds the preset alarm threshold range during the acquisition process,an alarm will be triggered and the current data will be uploaded.
• Upload
The device periodically pushes data to the server according to the preset "upload interval" and transmits abnormal data in real-time. During data transmission, network instability or other factors may cause transmission failures. The device is equipped with a caching function, which uploads both historical data and current data upon network recovery, ensuring data continuity.
• Alarm
The device alarms are categorized into two types: data anomaly alarms and sensor failure alarms. A data anomaly alarm is defined as data deviating from the preset normal value range, while a sensor failure alarm indicates physical damage to the pressure sensor.
• Parameter configuration
The device offers easy operation and convenient maintenance.Supporting remote configuration of critical parameters such as sampling interval, upload interval and alarm threshold, the sensor type,attributes,ID,and input port can be modified and viewed remotely.
3. Installation Precautions
Do not expose the device to heat sources or immerse in liquids. The Installation, commissioning, and parameter configuration must be performed by qualified personnel or under their direct supervision. Do not insert sharp objects into the pressure port. The sensor diaphragm can’t be touched by hands or any other objects.
